Terms of use
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Arteluxia Living app, published by Daniel Miranda, which offers a wellbeing conversational companion ("Luxia"), a personal journal and inspiring content.
2. Nature of the service: important notice
Luxia is an artificial intelligence designed for wellbeing and companionship. It is not a health professional, a medical device or an emergency service. Its replies never constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in distress, contact a professional or your local emergency services. In the United States and Canada you can call or text 988; in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Samaritans are available at 116 123; in France, call 3114.
3. Subscriptions
The app offers a free plan and two subscriptions, Basic and Premium (monthly or yearly), purchased and billed through Google Play. Prices are shown in your local currency in Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time from your store's subscription settings, effective at the end of the current period. Prices may change for future periods with prior notice.
4. Your content
You remain the owner of what you share with Luxia (messages, journal). You agree to use the service for personal and lawful purposes only.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", with a best-efforts commitment and no guarantee of results. The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, or for decisions made based on the AI's replies, which may contain inaccuracies.
6. Termination and deletion
You can stop using the service and delete all of your data at any time from the app (see the Privacy policy).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
